I purchased furniture online from their website and they promised to send the furniture in 4-6 weeks and in their advertisement they promised 10% off we pay by check!
Purchase on Tuesday 31 January and yet to arrive! They don't even have it in their inventory and they just make me to wait! I told them about my attorney and Arthur their Claim Analysis told me, " do you want your furniture or what?" what a psychological trick?!!!
As of today i'm sure they are playing with me in order i cancel my order and they charge me 25% for stocking fee!!! And i think this is how they make their money!
