I ordered pills off the internet from this company, they were advertised as a supplement to help with weight loss. The initial cost was very low so when they took so long to arrive I was not unduly concerned even though it appeared I was not going to receive them.
I eventually received them through the post and a month on from my original order a further £60.62 was taken from my bank account, it was evident that without knowing it I had signed up for a monthly subscription apart from the fact that nowhere on the advertising is this subscription mentioned I have not as yet received anything for this £60.62.
My advice to anyone else that this has happened to is to do what I did.
Firstly call their customer advice on 0044 808 168 3668, you will be able to cancel your account, if you are like me and do not completely trust these people then again follow my example and phone your bank and get your card changed, the easiest way round this is to tell the bank you have lost your card, if you do tell the bank this remember to destroy your original card and when you receive your new card inform all the people who are legitimately using your card information.
