Advertised as a free sample with just the p&p to be paid, £5.95 & £2.97 was debited from my account on 28 December and then a further £74.95 was debited on 11 January. I'm yet to receive the product and was not aware I'd signed up to a monthly subscription. I've tried calling the number to cancel this but it's invalid so on the advice of my bank I've put a stop on my card and have ordered a new card, to prevent further payments being collected. I'm also in the process of completing a Visa Dispute form with my bank in order to try and retrieve the funds dishonestly taken from my account.
