I too signed up for a membership at $15 for 3 months. I have not yet had my credit card charged for an automatic renewal, but I can't log into my Account page to check if I'm set up for automatic renewal, and if so, cancel it. The original password I set up wasn't accepted. When I clicked on the "Forgot your password" link, the new password sent to my email gave me the same error. I tried resetting the password twice and each time I get the same error when I try to log in and can't get to the Account page to cancel the subscription or delete the credit card number.
I sent to emails requesting assistance that were not responded to. I think my next step is to inform my bank to flag charges from Classmates.com as unauthorized. It is either that, or changing my credit card number which I prefer not to do.
I would think that there are enough subscribers that legitimately want to continue their subscriptions that they wouldn't need to resort to shady tactics to take people's money.
