Like so many others, I had no idea I was purchasing a bundle of bids. I was furious — never thought I'd be scammed online, as I'm usually very careful. I thought they were asking for credit card info as part of the registration. I called the Customer Service line, and was told it was "impossible" to get a refund. Wish I'd known... As long as you don't bid AT ALL, they are required by law to refund your money. Luckily I'm not supporting kids, or down to my last dime. I'm just plain embarrassed. They got me, and I consider myself a smart person. I got the charge reduced to $49, but we'll see what it actually turns out to be on the card. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Hard to believe you can win anything at all, and I feel that this is a front. I'm pissed and what's even more infuriating is knowing that there'll be many more unsuspecting people who'll get caught up before they even know it. Hopefully the word will get out, and these scum bags will go out of business.
