My name is Alex. I had, and virtually have, the same problems with Fasttrack HGV company, like some of you here. I've read a few complaints about them.
I paid money for CPC Periodic training. They took my money from my account straight on the next day after I spoke with them. But I still haven't got any courses started.
I've sent two letters, with request of refund, but didn't get any response.
I just wanted to ask if someone did anything about this, who's got the same situation? Went to the Police or wrote to the Ombudsman service or something else? (Personal Information Removed)
