Guess Im another victim of fraud!
On 3rd Jan I've paid for class 2 LGV training course with fasttrack hgv.
Training consultant Alex was the one who convinced me to go ahead, and offered me a discount for two candidates.
They were quick to take the money but after they started to avoid their duties. It took ages for them to send me the provisional licence forms! They were very unprofessional, and unreliable.
After I obtained provisional licence I decided to contact them to book for my theory and practical, but then everything started to go from bad to worse.
They started to avoid my calls and promised me to call me back soon, but they never did.
I've sent e mails to but no luck, I 've also sent email and called countless times to get refund and still no reply.
This is been gone for 4 weeks, till I've decided to contact the police and trading standards.
Any other vitims who can forward me some assistance with regards to getting refunded It would be greatly appreciated!
