So I take my brand new car to the FastTrack parking lot in Philadelphia and valet it. The car was a month old. There was not one little scratch on the whole vehicle. I come back from my trip and the back bumper has deep scratches to it. I complain immediately to the front desk, they tell me to call their claims office on Tuesday. The woman asks me to send pictures of the damage and I do. I call to follow up and can't get anyone on the phone for 2 weeks. When I finally do get someone they tell me that this claim has been denied stating that this type of damage could not occur in their lot. They are stacking cars basically on top of one another trying to collect as much money as possible from people. You tell me how this type of damage is not possible with a bunch of nitwits working in the lot. Don't take your car there unless you want damage to it!!!
