I found Fasttrack on the internet, like others Sam promised everything we booked and paid for my sons class two training. Through no fault of fasttrack's my son broke his back which held up training. To be fair to them when my son was given the go ahead to drive again the fun started! Sam rang to say while my son was getting better why not get him to do his CPC training! Periodical is what you need! £1020.00 for the class two, £300.00 for pass plus protection, £550.00 for Cpc periodical. Off we went to the first booked classroom training, only to get turn away because they should have booked him on the Initial course! For the time being this was put on hold. Local training Sam said to were we live. Enfield / Manchester / Liverpool or Dunfermline? Local not. I was concerned that if I didn't follow it thourgh they would keep our money!
We agreed to Enfield some two and a half hours away, however they did house our son in a local B&B I went along to get him to the training depot to the tune of another £15.00 per night and a week off work.
We turned up to a lockup in the middle of a industrial estate, we met the instructor Paul who was a decent guy it has to be said, but the surrounding let them down. I have to say the training was good and my son passed on his second test a bit daunting driving around London at 18.
Back to the Cpc training my son has now pass his Cpc Initial there is a difference of £200.00 in the Periodical and Initial to their favour!
I have tried and emailed and emailed and emailed which has all fallen on deaf ears to around the eight or so people I have dealt with, them being Sam, Sammy, John, Dave, Sophie, Eva, Harry, along with others.
They have been totally unprofessional in their handling, very keen to take the money and refusing to refund my £200.00 which to be honest is a real let down for the hard working instructors Paul and Giles at Enfield.
My advice find another company and close these down!!!
