When I purchased my Dodge Ram in 2007 I Purchased 20 half price oil changes, now five years later I have used 11 of the oil changes and they are telling me that the rest of expired? My paperwork dosn't say anything about 60 months! I called the Diamler Chrysler phone number and was told that the agreemrnt was 60months but they don't have a copy of the contract? And offered me 4 oil changes that would have to use in 24 months. Of couse I said no I want the 9 oil changes or a check for all money lost. I and hoping Diamler Chryser steps up my wife and I both drive there products and will change to another manufacture.
