Need some information about a 2000 Dodge Caravan that was purchased brand new, an extended warranty was purchased at that time also.
Had trouble with a main belt 6 mos. After purchase, took in for repair, another 6 mos. Or so, same problem, took back again, and a third time, same thing. Then transmission slipping. Consumer contacted Chrysler Finance, consumer was told wasn't nothing Chrysler could do, that with 41,000 miles, vehicle problem was because of "abuse". Amazing how a person can say that on the phone and has never been in this vehicle to see how it is driven, isn't it???
Consumer is very upset with these problems, and would like to know exactly why "Extended Warranty" does not cover to solve problems that it should.
Consumer is considering contacting local news tv station to let the public know/warn others of unsatisfactory service from Dodge Chrysler.
