I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I have a reoccurring rust problem that has been repaired 3 times. It's back again. Guess what, they refuse to fix it or honor their workmanship.
To quote the District Manager for Diamler Chrysler, GREG VOORHEES;
"Is this Jeep out on a farm" He must think all Indianians are farmers.
"I've paid to have the rust repaired three times. I don't feel I should have to pay anymore. Put some wax on the rust"
Those were words from the middle management layer of Diamler Chrysler backing their products.
When I wrote all the way to the CEO, his gatekeeper called me and said the District Manager's word was final. Also, since they repaired it three times prior, trying to satisfy a customer (What About Standing Behind Your Product Ms. Gatekeeper?), they thought they did enough.
Did it ever occur to someone there that a defect is present. Maybe water dripping down and accumulating where it shouldn't.
Nope, just, we've repaired it three times, Now its your baby. And did I mention the great financing and rebates we are currently offering. Ha ha.
