Ripoff tried to charge for me for minutes that I was suppose to have

I have been with Earthlink wireless for a great while now. Each month it seemed they would have the bill messed up and try and over charge me. This month proved them to be a bunch of crooks. I checked my email and it had my bill there. I could believe my eyes, 306 dollars. My bill was suppose to have been 59.99 a month. Thats for 1000 minutes a month plus unlimited nights and weekends.

So I call earthlink wireless and get them on the phone. I ask them why is my bill 306 dollars. He said you went over your minutes by a 100 and something. I said "NO, I am on the 1,000 minute plan. He said You were on the 500 minute plan but your thousand minute plan didn't start until the 27th of september. I said I've never heard of that! Customer service told me when I called in that I was upgraded right then, thats why I called in, so I could get more minutes so I wouldn't run out. He said he couldn't remove what he called a "VALID CHARGE". I said how can it be valid if you guys gave me the idea that I had been upgraded at the time? He wouldn't listen, it was hopeless. I got a supervisor on the phone and he used the same lame excuses. Take my advice and stay away from this company and keep your hard earned money.
