I have called the customer service telephone number many, many times with no answer. I received my order today (two weeks after ordering it - even though the website claims orders ship within 48 hours) only to find a do-it-yourself frame that hasn't been assembled with the canvas wrinkled, folded and wrapped around it and taped with packing tape?!

I will be sending both orders and placing new orders with a trusted and reliable merchant. At no time was i informed that i will need to build the frame myself and stretch the canvas over the frame with the screws, nails and string thrown into the box? The canvas was ruined. Not to mention the photo I uploaded was black and white and the canvas is an awful shade of yellow and green rather than black and white. I demanded my money back and will return these awful canvases at once.
