I called AT&T about my 2 cable box. I explain to him that i cannot hear any sound. I thought it was the TV but thank God it wasn't. It was the cable box. I hook up the other cable box to my flat screen TV. I have no picture. I tried my old TV, the second cable box work but it won;t work on my flat screen TV. I told these 3 time to the technician. He wants me to swap TV again so he could troubleshoot. I told him no. I had enough swapping TV for one night. All I wanted was for them to send a technician in person not a technician from India. AT&T have the worst customer service ever. They don't have a customer complaint number.
