I purchased a 50 gallon hot water heater about 7 months ago, the brand is WHIRLPOOL. Which is a piece of crap. The heater went out and would not heat the water, I called the manufacter which gave me the run around. They would not let speak to a supervisior nor would a supervisior return my calls. The customer rep. Was very rude and would not help me with the problem. I will never buy another whirlpool product again
