I ordered the 8pc set on the 12th of Feb. I received an order number in my e-mail immediately after the order was placed and was told to expect another e-mail when the order shipped in a few days. After two weeks I went on line to check on the order status and there were no records that the order existed so I called customer service and they told me the same thing, that the order didn’t exist. As a result, I placed another order over the phone with the customer service person. That order arrived the same day I got another e-mail confirmation that the first order I had placed was now being shipped. This was March 5th. More than 3 weeks later the lost order now reappeared.
I called customer service to see about getting the order cancelled and a refund. They told me to refuse the order when UPS attempted to deliver it. How do you do that? UPS will deliver when I'm not home and I will not be able to refuse the order. They then said I could take it to UPS myself. It’s a 20 mile drive for me and an hour out of my life for no compensation. They refused to send a return label. They refused to allow me to take it to FedEx which is only 2 miles away. They would not contact UPS to have the order returned even though it is within their power to do so.
I have to register with UPS to get special tools to return the order to the sender. I hope this works. I'm now waiting 2 hours before the UPS registration will sync shipments with my address, so this complaint is how I'm spending my time.
These people are not accommodating when they mess up. Beware!!
