On July 30, I placed an online order with Yoshi Blue. Due to problems I did not get to order what I wanted. I tried to change the order without success. I tried to contact customer service and only got a recorded message telling me to use the internet site (www.ideavillage.com/order status) I repeatedly got a message that the order number was "not found". I got a call from a Yoshi Blue representative asking to confirm my order on July 31 at about 12:30 PM CST. I explained my desire to cancel my order and the agent told me that the order could not be cancelled. He told me to enjoy my order and he hung up. I will not accept this order and will contact Master Card to dispute this transaction.
