I placed my order on April 10 using PayPay to pay (nice feature), but I received no confirmation that my order was placed. Worried, I sent Customer Service an e-mail the next day asking for confirmation. They sent a cold e-mail back stating that they would send it AGAIN. I did get the confirmation, so I thought all was well. Three weeks later, I became worried that they had lost my order. I decided to call them and ask where my order was. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes, they finally found my order and told me that the scrubs I had ordered were back-ordered and that they would be shipped in a week. They offered to refund the cost of my shipping, which I thought was nice, but strange if they hadn't done anything wrong. It's now June 2nd and no scrubs, but I do have a tracking number so I know they are on their way. Over all, almost two months to get scrubs. I suspect they lost my order and didn't start the process until I called three weeks after I placed my order. Why wouldn't they have informed me that my scrubs were back-ordered if they really were? Whatever the reason, I don't think they have their act together. I will not order from them again.
