I have been trying since the end of January to get 2 unauthorized charges from AWI credited. I have called no less than 10 times. I've left messages on answering machines, and with their answering service. I'm not sure if anyone I talked to even represented the company. I was billed $24.95 on 12/14 and $24.95 on 1/24. I did not enroll. Nobody can tell me how they got my information. No body has called me back and I have not received any refund yet.in my last message to them, I told the answering service to note that I will be calling every day until I get a call back or a refund. It shouldn't have to be so difficult to get money back for something UNAUTHORIZED!
