This company withdrew 100 dollars from my checking account using an automated check. I've never used an automated check to pay any bill in my life.
I've called several times during their advertised business hours. Usually there is only an answering machine asking the caller to leave a message, which I've done. They've never returned my call.
On a few occasions I've been able to talk to a gentleman who says he is their "answering service". Each time he assures me I will receive a full refund. The last time I was able to talk to him, he said he would bring it to his supervisor's attention and I would receive an immediate call back. I never received a call back.
The last 4 times I've called I have only gotten the answering machine.
I've tried all the email addresses listed on their website, and none of them work. I receive an "unable to deliver mail" return message.
It is unlikely that someone has stolen my account information, because this is the only unauthorized withdrawal from my account, and I doubt someone would use my account information to sign up for a discount program.
