Poor Service Provided - Unethical Billing Practices Answering Center America, Inc., Answering Center, Poor Quality Answering Service

On March this company was contacted by a Florida customer Me about the poor service provided. Answering Center America made little effort to correct this issue. The service was so terrible that even our clients questioned the integrality of our company due to the poor performance of a company charging me over $200.00 a month.

I called Answering Center America again late March and talked to a customer service manager and informed them that due to the terrible service I have had to search out another answering service provider because the quality of service was hurting my company image.

Answering Center America has billed my credit card on file multiple times even though they have not provided a service for over a months time. Not only have they charged me for service not provided but also for the dissatisfactory service this company has no problem providing.

A word of warning, whoever might be thinking of using Answering Center America, Inc. Please check around first before committing to this one unless you want your calls to be answered by unprofessional attendants?

This company is a total rip off so please be aware.
