Flowers not delivered no refund

I ordered flowers on Dec 24th to be delivered on Dec 28th. One delivery attempt was made No additional delivery was attempted. Nor were our friends contacted to schedule a delivery although their phone number was provided with the order. Today is Jan 2 and still no flowers have been deliverd The company policy is NO REFUNDS EVER. Total ripoff
