I have made FIVE phone calls and spent over two hours on the phone, talked to four people and still have not gotten this agent to 1. Cancel my flight 2. Give me credit for the flight (minus their ridiculously high fees) and 3. Help me apply the credit to a new flight I need to book
The service people seem clueless in what they are doing for example they have transferred me to the wrong department three times and i waited on hold for 20 minutes for a supervisor before trying again to get thought to someone who knew what they were doing
