Last year I tried to send my mother-in-law (in her 80's and on the other side of the state) flowers for Mother's Day. They took my order earlier in the week then on SATURDAY sent me an e-mail saying they were out of flowers and would not fulfill the order. How did they NOT know they would run out? Instead of offering to fill the order later in the week at a discount, they simply gave me 20% of my next order as an apology. When I complained, they upped it, I think to 30%. Needless to say, I would not order from them ever again. Almost a year later I am still angry. So with Easter and Mother's Day right around the corner, consumer beware. Not only do they not do what they promised to do but they don't care a bit about their customers.
