I contacted Ameripos in April. I invested over 15 thousand dollars with them in May. I was told they would help me get locations. I was only called once with an two appointments in the second week of May. I was told to go to appointments without any training on how to get clients or any information on how to set up the client. Eventhough I had no training for my first two appointments, I convinced a store owner to set up two locations with me.

I got my paperwork done and faxed it over to my locator. My locator did not get me anymore appointments to get my next three locations.

I tried to find out an when I would receive my machines to place my first two locations and my locator would not give me a date. She was very unprofessional and refused to provide me with any service (her name was Charlotte Caradonna; Regional Director of Locations).

Since I could not get any help from her, I tried to contact Glenn Fidloski or Mark Yahr. Mark Yahr is the one who seduce me to join the company, and Glenn Fidloski finalized the deal with me and assigned Charlotte to me. I tried to get a response for 10 days calling two-three times a day. After getting no response, I got a call from Rich the owner of the company. He asked me if I wanted to invest a lot more into the company. I explained to him that I did not have any cash left, and the company was not taking care of the investment I had already made. He said he would take care of everything and a new locator would contact me.

He than told me that he would have AMERIPOS locate, place, and sign 6 terminals for me if I invested more money with him. I fell for it, and invested over 5 thousand dollars this time. This was June 2nd. Since that day I have not heard from him again. I have tried every day since than to try to get a response from someone at the company.

They would not help me with any information. They simply said he is not available and that it was none of their business, it was a matter that he had to deal with.in reference to the other two locations that I had originally turned the paperwork in for on May 21st. I still had not been able to set them up, because Ameripos did not forward any of my information to Radiant. I finally convinced one of the customer service employees to help me. Her name was Flora.

She told me that Radiant was only notified of one location. When I tried to place that location the credit card processing would not work. I called Ameripos and they said there is some other department that has to help me with that. Since I did not have a locator and no one would speak to me since the beginning. I did not know anything about a different requirement for credit card processing. It is not in any of the paperwork I received. I was very upset at this time. I was given the phone number for a Mark Zimmerman. I was told to contact him and he will explain me what to do.

I called him 8 times and have yet to receive a response. I did not get a response from the person that actually talked to me (Flora) for the next week and half also.

This week I was very upset about being brushed off by everyone that was representing this business, but I had not lost it yet. I was trying to contact someone at the company when I realized that the numbers I had did not work. There was no voicemail, voice message, or any response at any of the numbers I was given. I decided to contact the tech support company Raidant that worked with Ameripos because that is the only other number I had in my paperwork.

The people at Radiant told me that Ameripos is not providing service to anyone anymore. I had lost all my savings. I had lost all my money. I had payed for 8 locations. I had paid for them to help set up 2 locations and place the other 6 for me. I did not receive one location. I did not receive any help. I was robbed. I was ripped off. This was not just fraud, this was pre-meditated criminal behaviour. The owner took money from me knowing I was not going to receive any service and took off with my money.

I WILL NOT rest till RICH NYE and AMERIPOS pays for their criminal behavior.
