I received three phone calls from Phoenix Consumer Service today. The first time I told them I wasn't interested and hung up. The second one I didn't answer and the third time I answered to ask them not to keep calling me.
When I answere this last time the man on the other end asked to speak to me, using my first name like he was a friend, and then he asked me if I was ready to improve my credit. I told him no I was not interested in anything he was offering. He started getting very rude at that point and then he said "so what? You want to keep bad credit?" I told him no there was nothing wrong with my credit then he got very rude and almost hostile sounding and started saying something about my "sucky" credit and I only had a score of 6 on my credit report.
At that point I told him this conversation is over and I am not interested in anything he had to offer and that I know what my credit score is and I definately did not need some fool like him to call me and tell me this garbage.
These people are liars and scam artists. And incredibly rude if you don't bite. Does anyone know how to stop them from calling? The call block service doesn't work. They need to be stopped from calling too.
Let's stop them!
