Looks like I'm not alone. I contacted Debbie Kirkpatrick through oddolls.net. She agreed to make a chica and star doll for me. This was supposed to be my daughters Christmas gift. No dolls came. We've emailed back and forth several times. Debbie always promises to send them by end of week, or she's working on them etc. The last two communications I've asked for a refund and I have had no response from her. Debbie, send the dolls or my money back!
