I ordered 2 Chica Dolls on May 20. It is August 18. I did not receive them. Debbie made numerous excuses and always promised to send them out by the beginning of the next week. I am beginning to beleive she is a scam and doing consumer fraud. I am even considering filing a consumer fraud complaint.
