I had a "Pay-as-you-go" service from Consumer Cellular, 7204 SW Durham Road, Suiite 300 Portland Oregon 97224-7574,800-686-4460, ConsumerCellular.com. I stopped using this service and started another. Now I continue to get threats of sending collections to an agency. Even though this was supposed to be a pay-as-you-go service. I am really frustrated and hope you can help me with this problem. Please ask them to stop sending me these letters.
