Ordered phone lines for self-employment I was trying to set-up. One was phone, the other for a fax. Cancelled and ordered four wireless phones and internet instead due to domestic violence services I tried to provide to community. Have always paid bill on time, but noted that account was and still is grossly incorrect. For example, AT&T had five (5) phone lines, billed me $1,300 at one point after deleting over $500 from a previous bill. Fraud on account by a representative after trying to maintain business with the entity and ordered Direct TV for home with Uverse Internet. I have sent letter to Michigan's Attorney General Office and they are reportedly examing the case. But, I presently have to cease attempts at self-employment due to no revenues, or operating costs to afford $283 in wireless services and $30 a month in Uverse at office space I was renting. Phones will be disconnected tomorrow 3/5 because I cannot pay $283 bill... Paid Uverse $86 last week, the service was restored and then shut off as I was attempting to complete and submit a grant. After speaking with a Technical Support representative at AT&T Uverse, he miracously was able to restore the service, but had to leave and attempt to work from home using Comcast services which are also $283 due immediately. I just want money and want to explore mediation for emotional and financial damages due to spending so much time dealing with AT&T and the costs it had on attempts at self-employment and health.
