I am very frustrated with AT & T/Uverse; I find it is one of the worst companies to deal with. Trying to reach a customer service representative is like playing tag, they just keep transferring the call from one agent to another. I was lured from Comcast to Uverse and after signing up I did not received the reward promised to me by the Uverse/Att representative. The person that referred me for Uverse never received their award; in addition their line-up of channels sucks. Hallmark and Fit Tv are no longer available, HGTV was off the air for a short time and they did not even bother to compensate me for the inconvenience. I will never recommend ATT or Uverse to anyone and after being an ATT customer for over 15 years, now an Uverse customer for 1 year I will not go back to ATT or Uverse no matter how attractive they make their packages.
