I meet wayne through a former church member and wayne is a minister. I told him I had a 1998 Mazda 626 that the engine needed to be rebuilt. He told me he can and will repair the engine. He asked for $1100.00 upfron to purchase the parts for the car. To this day he had not repaired the car nor refunded any of my monies. I went to small claims court in feb. Judge Potkins told me I did not give him enough time to repair the car and Judge potkins did not rull on the case. I can't find any attorney to take my case. Wayne called me on 27 feb and said he had conducted bad business and he would refund my money. I have not heard anything from him sense. Don't trust this fellow and don't do any business with him. I am not the first nor last person he has done this to.
