This firm took money out of my account without my permission. I wrote complaining in which i got a reply and apology stating they had cancelled any order which I had not made and refunded my money into my account within days. Two weeks later they have tken that amount out again, I have written but no reply and i dont seem to be able to find them to email again what can I do
