I placed my order on Dec. 1, after 2 weeks I emailed Denimnation with concerns to my order. No reply, I sent in several emails and also went on their site to send in comments to 'contact us' section. Still no reply, then finally I advised their business will be posted on rip off reports and forums due to the non-customer service I received. I received one email stating my order is still being process after 1 mo. From the time I placed my order.
I replied back to cancel my order and refund the amount, once again no reponse back and no money was refunded to my account. It's now been a month and 9 emails since I requested my order to be refund and I still have not received my money back, not even a reply to address my concerns. It's been 2 mo since I placed my order and about 20 emails I sent to follow up with my order and I still have not received a response, Denimnation does not attempt to address customers concerns, they do not reply to any of your emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY and offers no customer service!
