I was helping out a friend who did not have the money at the time. He ordered $296.41 worth of merchandise. However we inadvertantly used His billing address instead of mine. The order was cancelled by speedytoys but, my card was still charged.
This order was placed on 5/3. There website claims that in such instances where there may be a problem the bank will refund the card. After wating until 5/9 I contacted my bank to see if my account was credited which is was not. I then wrote an email to sppedytoys which I did not get a reply.
I then called and left a message. The call was not returned nor was I sent an email regarding this issue. It is now 5/15. I have the email from my friend asking why the order was cancelled and the reply from speedytoys.
As of 5/15 my card has not been refunded.
