I ordered an unlock for my wife's iphone 4 Orange UK on May 11 for 89.99 GBP. After about 10 days I followed-up and their reply was that Orange UK server has suspended offering unlocks for now but will soon offer it again maybe in the next few days or weeks. I was asked if I wanted to wait until such unlock becomes available again or they could just refund my money instead. Of course, I specifically opted for a refund. On May 27 I received an email from them saying that my order has been cancelled and my card/account will be refunded within 4 days. The status page on their website for my order stated cancelled and marked for a refund also. It's now July 1 and despite several messages sent to their support pleading for a refund, not a single reply from them and still no refund.
