Ordered a rc plane for my husband i never received it ive been on hold for hours trying to reach them as they wont answer emails theyve given me the runaround blaming ups i put a tracer on pkg with ups only to find they never received package they are ratd f with the bbb if i only have knwn i cannot get them to refund my acct pls help
