I called to have my Samsung television repaired it had a noise coming from the back. The repair man came and informed me that he would charge two hundred for that part. I was promised on 2/21 but was told he needed to return on 2/22. The repair man came on 2/23 and informed me that i needed another part in which needed to give him additional monies. I informed him that he should have told me from the begining that it would cost me more money. I felt he tried to pull a fast one on me to beat me out of money. I told him that wasn't given him any additional monies and spoke to his boss and he stated "that he was going to return my one hundred dollar deposit but to no avail did i receive any money and he has the nerve to keep the part from my television and didn't return it." Wow! This company has really stepped over the line with their customers, who avoids their customers? I placed over one hundred calls text messages and the owner promised to return my money and the part that was removed from television and stated that he would return my money by Western Union. What! I didn't receive anything.
When you want your televsion repaired run as fast as you can when you see Television and Appliance Center! These individuals are con artist. Please put them on blast so they won't do this to other customers. I am going to small claims court to have my money returned and my part that was taken out of my television. Shame on you!
