Sent me a faulty item returned it never heard from them again sent 18 emails

Ipurchased a tee for 79.95usd with postage. Was faulty. Sent it back. They wont retun my calls or answer my 18 emails ive sent. I tried to go through pay pal but because the item came 4 weeks late then i sent back and was waiting to hear from them pay pal says its too late. Its just like theyve fell off the earth they wont reply to me.
