Back on May 24 I sent all paperwork out for refund for service contract. I received letter on June 9 saying that I did not qualify for a refund because I was 1 day late on sending paperwork. It really bothers me that people take your money with out trying to help the customer. If I would have know that I would not gotten my refund I would have use the service contract as much as I could. When I do buy another car I will not get a service contract. There is no guarantee. $1310.00 is alot when u don't have it.
