I check my checking account and noticed that 99.49 was taken out of my bank account without authorized approval from me. Now I was over draft fees that cost 36.00. I called them to tell them that I have entered a dispute with my bank and they got some stupid foreign operator and never took my information down and they say that someone will get back to me in 48 hrs. All I want is the money put back into account where it belongs.
