Around Sept 25 I was looking to apply for a personal loan. I filled out the secured online application and the next thing i know someone calls me on Sept 28 asking if I would like to join Premier Membership club for $99.49. I told them no and hung up the phone. Later that day i noticed that $99.49 was missing from my checking account. They had an electronic draft for my checking account dated for Sept 26 and cashed on Sept. 27. They had already gotten into my account before they called me on the 28 of Sept. I filed a dispute with my bank and they said it could take up to 3 months to get this cleared up
