I paid upfront the Theory Tests in February. Fasttrackhgv were then constantly ringing me for more money before I could take the practical. The offences committed are Fraud By False Representation, Contrary to the Fraud Act 2006. I am owed £1,200 They (fasttrackhgv) have not agreed with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
ALL employees of fasttrackhgv are therefore subject to committing the offence of Fraud so it is in their best interest to attend their nearest Police Station voluntarily to assist the Police with their enquiries.
