Our story is not quite the same as the others. Both myself and my wife signed up, did all the theory training and after a bit of hassle was eventually booked on the Theory & Hazard perception course on 14th Dec, which we passed. I contacted Sophie informing her we had passed, she sent us the form for applying for the practical test, we were told we could take it at the Cannock site, this venue wasn't on the venue list. I phoned and e mailed to clarify this and so far no reply.
We are now having a problem getting into contact with anyone there to get confirmation of the practical training part of the course.
In our case, so far so good, but I thought I would just check out the Web to see if there was a pattern, sure enough there is, now we are in the queue for getting our money back or at least part of it.
