I ordered the samples for £2.95 and £2.97 received the samples then like everyone else got charged more larger amounts a few weeks later, i have called the company as my bank gave me the number, i asked them to cancel my subscription and they agreed to reimburse me for items that i have not yet received. They said that my order had been shipped and gave me an address to return the items to as soon as they arrived. They said that the refund would be in my account in 7 to 10 days, so we will see if that happens. I for one am not going to leave it at this, if i do not get a refund i will certainly be taking this further.
