I ordered two trial samples of facial cream at around 7 pounds each plus postage and gave my card details. The money was taken from my account and the samples were delivered but there was no information or contact deatils with the order. Then two separate amounts of 24 and 71 euros were taken from my account without my knowledge on the 8th February. I was unaware that I had agreed to any further payments and feel I have been completley misled.
