I purchased a software program from a webinar, 12/06 only to find that their so-called support team, who I eventually got to speak with on 01/05, were newbies to using the software and couldn't assist in setting it up? EPP eventually, albeit reluctantly, decided to offer a refund on 02/06 within 10-15 days. I still have not got my refund [02/29] and now they are refusing to answer my emails.
SWREG, who originally took my money had suggested that I advise EPP why I was seeking my refund. Now SWREG are ignoring my emails?
