Traffic Phoenix Non-functional software and non-existant support. Total Refusal of refund!

I spent $997.00 for the Traffic Phoenix software program. When this software did not perfrom as advertised, I contacted customer support. Answers via email were either unrelated to the problem or same questions repeated. When telephone and Skype appointments were made for assistance the Support representative failed to keep the appointment. All requests for refund have met with total refusal by Traffic Phoenix. The transaction was made trough SWREG. This company has not responded to any communications on this subject.
