I purchased the Windows Reset Password via SWREG to fing my Vista login which I had forgotten. The download and installation worked fine but could not find a windows partition and therefore could not find my password. I then tried another package which worked. I therefore asked the WRP for a refund under their 30 refund policy but had no reply. Tried SWREG and the website seems to take you in circles getting nowhere - and no refund. I have been trying for a few days and getting nowhere.
I recommend not to use SWREG as well as the password software.
